Our goal is to provide a welcoming place for people of all ages to enjoy and call home.
At Anderson we have many different sized apartments from studios to 3 bedrooms, with the costs ranging from $600 to $1250.00 a month.
Anderson Apartments was built in the 1950's and 1960's and has been continuously owned by the Anderson family. In December of 2009, KDM Realty took over the management of Anderson Apartments. The new property managers are Dawn-Marie Karella and Michel Wakeman along with the help of office assistants, and maintenance staff. We offer spacious and inviting 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, and sunny studio apartments. Our apartments have beautiful large yards with playgrounds. We have secure entry, coin-op washer and dryer on-site, headbolt heaters, along with discounted cable sepcials. We are close to the bus routes, schools, hospitals and less than a mile from Fort Wainwright. Heat, water, gas, sewer and garbage are included and tenant pays electric.
